The Engineering Services ITC Capital Support is responsible for providing end user support for Siemens Capital across all locations/regions including the integrations with Teamcenter and the Bill of Material.

This role reports to the Engineering Process and Tools team and as required, works closely with the platforms, product engineering, and engineering services operational leaders to identify business needs and requirements.

The ideal candidate for this role will be fully experienced and competent with the Siemens Capital application and have a proven track record in the use of the tool. In addition to that he/she should have a sound knowledge of Engineering processes and tools with sufficient support experience plus a proven track record and demonstrated passion for developing and leading the deployment of new tools and processes into the business environment.

Additional responsibilities will include:

Users Support and Users Group Meeting – Support the end users on process & tools, providing methods support and addressing issues and bugs. Define and implement processes in ServeceNow for issue management, KPI and SLA, issue classification, bug management, knowledge and FAQ’s management.

Responsible for arranging and facilitation of user group meetings, creating agenda items and content to be presented for all tools. Filtering and negotiating user requests for enhancements ensuring that only valid and prioritised ones are accepted for development to maintain common processes for CNH Industrial.

Training – Preparation of training material for enhanced tools and processes ensuring that adequate levels of material are available, i.e. summary for Managers, detailed for the users. Facilitate the ‘Launch Teams’ at each location to plan, organize, implement and then deliver training for all locations. Provide post implementation support. Organize and provide global training on an on-going basis for various tools and  applications (new hires and refresher training).

Process & Tool development – Works in close conjunction with the business leaders to negotiate, agree and define new and to modify existing CNH Industrial methods and procedures. Participate in Design Sessions as required working with the methods team, IT and software vendors to develop tool solutions. Documentation of Business requirements, i.e. writing detailed documents describing both the tool behaviour and new processes.

Testing Process & Tool Developments – Create detailed test specifications that will enable both IT and the Business to test the application and process successfully and prior to any deployment. Responsible for the co-ordination of test teams and results compilation and reporting as applicable.

Implementation – Define and lead the planning and preparation for new tool & process implementations including data and system migrations as required and in tight co-operation with the business. Deploys new processes to the end users.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or IT related fields.

7-11 years’ experience in product development with an extensive knowledge and experience of the Siemens Capital application.

PLM, PDM, BoM, Configuration, CAD & ECAD tools and processes, Global Product Development processes is desirable but not essential.

Main IT applications knowledge: Siemens Capital is mandatory, good background on Windows Office, Windows Project, Teamcenter (PDM), Creo (CAD), Automation Studio (Digital electronics circuit design and simulation), eBoM and product configuration tools, ServiceNow (ticketing management).
